Generates standard and ad-hoc reports to manage benefit programs.Serves as a resource to employees and managers on the Employee Assistance Program.Assists in organizing health fairs, wellness programs, blood drives, annual open enrollment and renewals.Reviews employee payroll deductions and vendor invoices.Functions as liaison between vendors and employees.Reviews employee documentation to ensure that documents support additions and changes and updates employee deductions in system. Inputs data into benefit system and reviews reports for accuracy, processes insurance paperwork including enrollment and change-in-status forms.Compiles and maintains benefit records and documents, responsible for scanning and maintaining employee electronic confidential files.

Assist employee with appropriate use of the on-line Employee Self Service for enrollments and access to information.Assist with orientation presentations to ensure knowledge of all benefits to new employees, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, as well as paid time off, holiday, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Wellness Center, 401(k) and any optional insurance offered.Advises and counsels employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit related issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
